I want to outline that i am an experienced traveler, and have visited 65 countries as of now, and also have experience in the luxurious sector. My rating is 10/10!! I am very thankful to the owners and creators of this Moroccan gem, and to the whole team that made being here a real fairytale!! This is the best hotel in Agadir. Service is on the highest level! We arrived to the hotel very early at 8am and we were greeted by Ali El Akkari and momentarily checked us into our room without any extra payments. In the room thete was a welcoming surprise - a very beautiful flower bouquet since it was my birthday. Huge territory, and clean everywhere (outside and the rooms) all round the hotel. Special respect to the chef George, who has years of international experience, who also organized in 6 restaurants on level of 6 Michelin stars. Great breakfast! Most delicious food, great service, extraordinary atmosphere with live music and cool DJ in Japanese restaurant MORIMOTO which is open until 2am, from a chef who has Michelin stars. A separate thing I want to outline is the beach of the hotel. Very long coast with modern bars and very cozy atmosphere for pure enjoyment of the sunset surrounded by authentics and super modern design and service.

Great hotel up to the expected standards of a Fairmont hotel. Very nice beach with soft sand and beautiful waves. nice pool area. large rooms. The whole setting is chill and relaxing. Professional staff

The architecture is beautiful, the landscaping lush and spacious and highly elegant . It embraced the space, light & location beautifully . The staff were superb- extremely friendly and respectful, warm with children and engaging and kind. Yusef the Concierge was a treasure and a blessing, as were the front of house staff and those in the restaurants. They made the trip feel special and unique. Without the staff the glorious resort wouldn’t feel as special as it did.

The property is about 30 minutes from Agadir center, but it is preferable as the property is right on a beautiful beach with crystal clear water. The staff are extremely welcoming and the property and its landscaping are so lovely. The pools are incredible with views of the ocean. We enjoyed the bikes and surf equipment that is available right on the beach and we felt safe at all times.
